What We Do

Filming

We have just the right mix of film equipment that allows our studio to be both mobile and cost effective for businesses or young artists who want to enter the world of movie production or video advertising.

Visual Effects / Scoring

Pine Street Studios is proud to have a stable of gifted musicians and digital artists that can craft custom visual effects or write original movie scores. Whether we work with a budding idea, mix in a royalty free media, or work from scratch, we can get you there.

Post Production/Editing

Some film makers just want to be behind the camera or don't have the necessary skill set to edit film and audio in Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere. Drop off the footage and give us direction. Our skilled technicians can get you were you need to go.

The XA30 is a great professional camcorder for anyone who's looking for high recording quality at a reasonable price. Its amazing low-light capabilities, compact frame, and intuitive settings menu make the XA30 one of the best video camera choices for any amateur filmmaker.

We use two Aputure Amaran Bi-Color LED Flood Lights in our productions because they can very effectively mimic both natural and incandescent light. The Amaran is lightweight, sturdy, cool to the touch, incredibly versatile, and yet reasonably priced. I would recommend this light to any amateur filmmaker.

The D-Fuse softbox by Kamerar is a sturdy and light box that we put over our Amarans to diffuse and soften their light. They pack small, assemble quickly, and break down even faster. These softboxes are easy to use and can help add style to a production's lighting for not a lot of money.

I've been using Adobe products since I was 8, so I was hesitant about switching over to the Creative Cloud, but the freedom of being able to share files and work on the go with amazing programs, each at the top of their fields, makes Adobe CC a smart and worthwhile investment.

With an powerful, intuitive design and tons of instruments and effects to choose from, Logic Pro X is one of the best programs for creating masterpieces.

Slugline is an incredibly intuitive and neat screenwriting program that I started using a few months ago. It took almost no time at all to pick up. It's incredibly simple to understand, yet it performs all of the tasks necessary to help you in writing very compatible and formatted scripts.
